About the store
Claire Shop Succulent Australia is an online store based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. These terms apply to purchases made through this website.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. An order is not treated as paid until payment has been successfully captured.
Stock and order acceptance
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, or if there is a genuine listing, stock or pricing error that prevents us from fulfilling the order as placed, we may contact you to offer an appropriate solution or refund the affected amount.
Live plant appearance
Product photos show the type and general appearance of the plants sold, but each plant is unique. Shape, size, colour and growth may vary naturally, and colours can change with conditions such as sunlight, temperature and watering.
Shipping and pickup
Shipping and pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, faults and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
