Payments
Payments are processed through PayPal. Claire Shop does not intentionally store your full card number or PayPal password. Payment providers may process payment and account information under their own privacy policies.
How we use information
We use personal information to process and fulfil orders, arrange Gold Coast pickup, send order confirmations and tracking updates, provide customer support, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, keep business records and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the store, including Netlify for hosting and order data, Resend for transactional email, PayPal for payments, and Australia Post tracking services. These providers may process information in Australia or overseas according to their own systems and privacy terms.
Browser storage
The website may use browser storage for functions such as keeping your shopping bag on your device. The private admin area also uses browser storage on authorised devices. Payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, legal, dispute and security purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and privacy questions
