Shipping Policy

Shipping rates
Shipping is a flat A$15.90 per order. Shipping is free when the product subtotal is A$150 or more. The free-shipping threshold is calculated from the product subtotal before shipping.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia to ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and VIC. We do not currently offer shipping to WA, NT or TAS, and international shipping is not available.
Gold Coast pickup
Gold Coast Pickup is free. If you select pickup, please provide a working email address and mobile number. We will contact you to arrange or confirm collection. Please do not travel to collect your order until a pickup time has been arranged.
Dispatch and tracking
Shipping orders are sent with tracking. After dispatch, we will email the Australia Post tracking number to the contact email provided at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates may vary and are not guaranteed by Claire Shop.
Delivery details
Please check your delivery address carefully before payment. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, changes may not be possible.
